Why EV servicing, why now

Pune went electric faster than its mechanics did.

Stand outside any dark store in Wakad or Kharadi and count the electric scooters coming and going. Each one still needs brakes, tyres and a service like any scooter. It also has a battery, a motor and a controller that many local garages haven't been trained to handle. People who can work on both sides are hard to find. That's the gap this course trains you to fill.

  • Short course, real trade30 days of training, then you can walk into a workshop and pick up a job card.
  • Work that keeps coming backEvery scooter needs regular servicing. Delivery fleets need it every week.
  • Skills you keep for lifeBrakes, wiring and batteries work the same whichever brand comes through the door.

How every class works

Hear it. See it. Do it. Prove it.

  1. Hear it

A short explanation in plain language, with the part in front of you.

  2. See it

Your trainer does the job on a real scooter while you watch up close.

  3. Do it

Your turn. Same job, your hands, your trainer checking each step.

  4. Prove it

Do it again on your own. That's how you pass, not by memorising notes.

Battery packs are opened only under your trainer's direct supervision, with insulated tools and gloves. Working safely is the first skill we teach.

Learn. Practice. Earn.

Our name says how we teach. Kaushalya means skill. A gurukul is where a student learns beside the teacher, by doing the work. Our line from the Bhagavad Gita, योगः कर्मसु कौशलम्, means excellence in action. We judge you by what you can do with a scooter in front of you.
